The old warehouse, the charm of the Tonnara FlorioThe Museum (F)
Inside the courtyard stands the ancient 50-meters-long warehouse, the heart of the Tonnara Florio. A large enclosed space with three naves with pointed arches reaching 9.5 m at the ridge.
In the history of the Tonnara, this space was intended for carrying out maintenance work on fishing equipment and for preparing and preserving tuna eggs (the bottarga).

The Cathedrals by the SeaThe trizzane (E, D)
Orthogonally to the shore and on the seafront are the "Trizzane" (E and D); this covered space consists of two cyclopean structures with pointed arches that reach 13.5 m at the ridge.
The Trizzane constituted the old dry docks of the Tonnara.

The Lounge, overlooking the sea, is the open-air area that was once used as a slipway for Tonnara boats.

The beam of Florio’s TonnaraThe courtvard (L)
The internal courtyard known as "The beam" is the uncovered area bordered by the Trizzane and the large warehouse, once used to lay and maintain the large nets used to build the Tonnara a Mare plant.
Area: 800 mq uncovered
Capacity: 300 guests
The space where art and history meetThe malaseno (C)
It is the ancient warehouse located between the Courtyard and the Lounge that was once used as a storage area for nets.
Today this space houses the large 12-meter-long table created by artist Enzo Rinaldi, constructed from the large recovery boards of the Tonnara boats, supported by the old anchor chains.
It is on these ancient surfaces that the newlyweds who often choose to arrange the dessert buffet, creating a truly surprising effect.
